The client must provide references and

the approval of the sketch.● The delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the com-
mission, health/personal issues of the artist,
jhejhe0w0, and even the communication
from either the client or the artist.● It is the artist’s, jhejhe0w0, obligation to notify
every step and update of the commission, the
work is based on communication. Any
issue that interferes with the service MUST be reported.● The client has free will as a human being,
but it is politely requested not to change the name
or delete the account WITHOUT FIRST informing the artist.!!! | > In extreme cases the artist, me, may
refuse to accept any of your services.| DELIVERY TIME:
➥ For simple commissions without background
the final deadline would be one month (there may be chances the artist delivers earlier).➥ Commissions with more characters or
with background included may take longer,
this can be discussed between the client and the artist!CLIENT PAUSE CASE:
If the client cannot pay the remaining
50%, the commission will be instantly paused
until they stabilize, and other
clients will be prioritized ahead of them.😈 | 4°: REVISION:
➥ Significant changes are only
accepted during the SKETCH phase.● After the sketch phase, only
some small modifications/
revisions can be made.

😈| 5°: COMMISSION PRIORITY AND PRIVACY:➥ In case of priority, the fee charged
is 20% more than the commission price.➥ In case of privacy, the fee charged
is 25% more than the commission price.
(It is taken into account that the commission will only be posted with the client’s permission,
even if 3 years pass.)😈 | 6.1°: PAYMENT:➥ Only payments through:
PIX — NUBANK — PAYPAL.!!! ● ALL UPFRONT: 100% in advance!

50% after sketch confirmation (TO FINISH).😈| 7°: REFUND:➥ Refunds are only accepted
under the FOLLOWING circumstances.● | 100%, if the commission HAS NOT started.
● | 50%, during the sketch phase.
● | Once lineart has begun, it is NOT POSSIBLE
to recover the money. The commission MUST
be delivered to the client.😈 | 6.2°: PAYMENT:⚠️| NOTE THAT: In case of choosing 50%
before and 50% after, you must pay the
other half upon APPROVAL of the sketch,
otherwise, the service will remain paused in
the sketch phase until payment.● | ➜ AFTER PAYMENT OF THE OTHER 50%
there will be no way to recover the money since it enters the LINEART phase, meaning the commission MUST be completed and
DELIVERED once lineart begins.⚠️| No refund will be made after the delivery

But there MAY be updates for some clients between

😈| 9°: CLIENT RIGHTS AND NON-RIGHTS:✔️| YES, THE CLIENT CAN:● Use the commission for personal purposes.
● Use the commission for promotional purposes.
● Post it on their social media crediting me. @/myusername or @myusername.
● Print it, ONLY for PERSONAL use. ● You
can only produce items for sale (commercial use)
if you have acquired commercial rights for that purpose.❌| NO, THE CLIENT CANNOT:● Modify my work.
● Claim it as their own.
● Use it in AI generators.
● Post the commission on social media without credit.
(AT MINIMUM, credit me in the comments.)
● Profit from my work by selling and/or producing
products with the artwork. (YOU MUST acquire the commercial sales rights from the ARTIST, jhejhe0w0. Any commission that does
not already include a production fee for items for sale must have the rights acquired through an extra payment to the artist.)
● Resale is NOT allowed. (I will ONLY consider
in extreme cases, and I ask that you politely come directly to speak with me.)The phrase: "I agree with everything listed" is proof that you have read the terms of service.
